This week features a series of events aimed at raising awareness about the soil crisis. By 2050, 90% of Earth's soils could be degraded, which will lead to food crises, water scarcity, worsening of climate change, burden on healthcare, and loss of livelihood and biodiversity. Join us at our fun zero-waste events with free food!

Create a plant-based recipe using ingredients that are beneficial to soil health that could be featured in university dining halls and restaurants! Did you know our food has lost 80-90% of its nutritional value over the past century due to soil degradation?

*Note we will not be actually cooking, but we will be designing a recipe through discussion and collaboration*
